When you arrive, I’m the one at the front desk with a warm welcome and a listening ear. The team have given me the ‘problem solver’ hat, which is great because I’m naturally curious and never shy from a challenge.
This industry is a fairly new passion, but it’s got me hooked, and I’m working towards a Diploma in Business with an accounting strand. The juggle of work, studying and being a Mum is what fuels me, and underneath it all I’m a true advocate for people. I’m at my happiest when nutting out a solution to an issue, and if it’s IT based, hand it over, stat!
Although I’ve had a varied career in marketing and customer service across retail, hospitality, finance, banking and real estate – there has always been a common theme; energy and empathy for people.
Family and friends say I’m loyal and trustworthy, and I think that comes straight to my role here too.
